Dr Charlotte Goldthorpe
Senior Lecturer
Charlotte is a designer and maker of fashion and fetish garments, specialising in latex and leather. Her research explores ageing, craft, and wellbeing through work with older communities. Her work has been exhibited in galleries across the UK and Europe.
Dr Katrina McLaughlin
Course Leader
Katrina is Course Leader for BA Hons Costume with Textiles and BA/BSc Hons Textiles at the University of Huddersfield. Her practice explores the intersection of traditional textiles and digital craft.
Dr Andrew Hewitt
Lecturer
Andrew is a textile researcher and founding member of the Technical Textiles Research Centre. With a background in chemistry and polymer science, he specialises in nonwoven innovation across industries and is a steering committee member for WOVEN in Kirklees.
