Postgraduate Open Days: What to expect

Our Postgraduate Open Days are a great way to discover what your postgraduate options are at Huddersfield. Take the opportunity to:

What activities can I get involved with at an Open Day?

Postgraduate Fair: 3pm – 5:30pm

Head into our Postgraduate Fair where you’ll find stands showcasing our academic subject areas, our Schools and our range of support services.

Postgraduate Study and Finance talks: 3.30pm-4.30pm

Listen to our presentation covering the different aspects of undertaking postgraduate study and the funding support available.

Postgraduate Teacher Training talk: 3.30pm–4.15pm

Alternatively, learn about training to teach across various educational stages: early years, primary education (PGCE), secondary education (PGCE), and the post-14 lifelong learning sector. You can also learn more about the possibility of a tax-free bursary for eligible students.

If you’ve not visited us before, take the chance to have a tour of campus and get a real feel for where you'll be studying. Make sure to head on over to our Help Desk on the day to join the next tour.
