Undergraduate Open Days
Although you'll find lots of information about the University of Huddersfield on our website, there is nothing quite like a visit to the campus to get a feel for what studying with us is really like. It's a great chance to look at the facilities, talk to staff and current students from the course you are interested in and find out about those key things that matter to you.

We offer a wide range of subject-specific activities to inspire interest and provide valuable guidance about our courses.
*The University is number one in England for the proportion of staff with teaching qualifications (HESA 2019).
Huddersfield is the only University where 100% of the permanent teaching staff are Fellows of the Higher Education Academy. Permanent staff, after probation: some recently appointed colleagues will only obtain recognition in the months after their arrival in Huddersfield, once they have started teaching; research degrees applies to those on contracts of more than half-time.
