Brightspace is our Virtual Learning Environment where you’ll be able to access your teaching and learning materials and work your way through your programme of study.
Library and Computing
Through our online library, you’ll have access to 523,000 electronic books and 125,000 journals covering a wide array of subject areas. We also have subject specialist librarians who you can contact online, as well as an IT Support helpline.
Careers and Employability
You’ll be able to book free online appointments with our knowledgeable Careers Advisers, and have access to a 24/7 e-guidance service for quick questions, CV/application guidance and feedback, and events, all online. You’ll also have access to our online JobShop, where you can browse work experience and paid employment opportunities; and when you graduate, you can make use of our 'here for life' offer of lifetime careers support.
Disability Services
Our Disability Services team work with students who have specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, ongoing mental health issues, long term medical conditions, hearing impairments, visual impairments, autism and physical or mobility difficulties. If you have additional learning or study requirements because of a disability, you can contact the team who will work with you to identify the impact of your disability on your studies and coordinate the support or adjustments you may need.
Wellbeing
Togetherall is our 24/7 online support network which you can use to access confidential advice, peer support and dedicated support programmes.
