"I decided to come to the UK and study because of the reputation a UK degree has across the world. The UK has such a free culture with facilities made very accessible. Following a search on the internet for my course, I discovered a few universities were offering it so I decided to visit Huddersfield.
"The campus had a lot to offer with a mix of new and old buildings with an ideal location. The town is a good size with everything you need in walking distance. Surrounding Huddersfield is the most beautiful green landscape and hills and you also have easy access to cities like Manchester and Leeds which are close by.
"When I first arrived, I met with some tutors for an informal interview who helped me plan my immediate future and gave me some strong supportive advice. Accountancy is a field that will never disappear as long as there is business to be done. The tutors on my course are very knowledgeable about their topic and extremely helpful. My classmates are from all over the world and are so friendly, happy and care about each other.
"The campus is ideally placed in the centre of the town and has a great well equipped library and a 24 hour computing centre which is great for students wanting to work at a time that suits you.
"There are many opportunities for business students to gain work in the business sector within the region. The University also has a job shop which gives students the chance to work part-time with many jobs available to support their studies."
