"The University of Huddersfield seemed the best option mainly and I do not regret it a bit, the teachers are amazing, most of them work in the business as well as teach so they are up to date with everything.
"They have contacts with lots of people in the business and they help us find placements and job opportunities, the modules are well organised too.
"I learnt more in one year here than in two in Spain. It is really practical so we get to learn what the real thing is more than just memorising facts and theories.
"I am doing Public Relations because in Spain its combined with advertising and is more focused on advertising than in Public Relations, also it is more based in business than in media and I did not like that.
"I love the library and the Students' Union at Huddersfield. The library is big and everything is well organised and there are plenty of people to help you out if you have a problem. The Students' Union organises lots of events and is the best place to hang out after uni.
"I like my tutors; I think they are well prepared and available for anything. I came from a campus in Spain that except for the odd teacher, they did not seem to care much, so Huddersfield is a big improvement."

The University is very nice and a good size with all the buildings close to each other and all based on one campus in the centre of the town.....
“I have always wanted to study in a different country, especially the UK in order to improve my English language skills. My University in Spain La Rioja and the students who had returned from Huddersfield spoke highly about the University of Huddersfield and so it was an easy decision for me. It is true what they told me, Huddersfield offers diverse culture which helps you feel comfortable in a new town.
“It is the first time that I have taken part in an Erasmus exchange and chose to study Business modules in Huddersfield. The University is very nice and a good size with all the buildings close to each other and all based on one campus in the centre of the town. There are some really nice facilities on campus too such as the library, computers and sports equipment. The people of Huddersfield are incredible because they are so close and friendly which again helps you as a new arrival to the town”.
